The Portland Metro Chamber urges its members and partners to support incumbent Tootie Smith for Clackamas County Chair.
Tootie Smith has deep knowledge of the critical issues impacting Clackamas County, has shown strong leadership and has committed to greater collaboration with the Chamber and cooperation between other leaders across the region.
Chair Smith is also the only tri-county chair to endorse reduction of the Metro Supportive Homeless Services tax rate and strengthen regional oversight and accountability which is a key policy priority of the Chamber.
Under her leadership, Chair Smith’s staff and county staff have a strong track record of building working relationships with employers and business.
