Members can reserve meeting space at the Portland Metro Chamber’s office, free of charge!

 

Conference rooms are sponsored and made available to Chamber members by:

Centrally located in downtown Portland, with beautiful vista views of Mt. Hood (Wy’east) (weather permitting!)

The Brown & Brown Conference Rooms at the Portland Business Alliance office in downtown Portland are an ideal location to host your large group meeting. We have three conference rooms, each with flexible seating options, remote video conferencing, and plug-and-play AV capabilities.

Chamber members have the opportunity to reserve these rooms, free of charge, on a first come first served basis.

Conference Rooms A&B

Conference Room A+B

  • Max table seats 52; furniture can be rearranged by renter as needed
  • Secure Wi-Fi
  • Multi-camera video conferencing via Microsoft Teams or Zoom (must use own login) with built-in speakers and microphone. Must use own login to display A/V to full room
  • 2 local HDMI ports (for visual projection use) will display on the side of the room where the HDMI port is located

Conference Room C

  • Huddle room for up to 4 people
  • Secure Wi-Fi
  • Single-camera video conferencing via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, with built-in speakers and microphone. Must use own login to display A/V

Availability and Rates

Conference rooms are available for rent to Chamber members, free of charge, subject to availability, during the Chamber’s operation hours:

Monday – Thursday: 9:00am–5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Rental fees may be applied for any reservations outside of these hours and is subject to staff availability.

There are no weekend rentals and no personal functions are permitted. You must include your setup and cleanup time in your reservation.

All rooms reservations must be made through the Chamber’s online scheduling tool.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your reservation, please email info@portlandalliance.com at least 24 hours before the time of the rental. A $25.00 fee will be charged at time of cancellation. The Portland Business Alliance reserves the right to cancel any meeting at any time at their sole discretion.

Catering

Food and beverage may be brought in by the renting party. Renters are encouraged to use Chamber members for their catering needs. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Cleaning

Tables must be cleared and wiped down and all furniture returned to original location. Please leave the space as you found it. All food items, catering supplies, and trash must be removed from the room following usage. A $75.00 cleaning fee will be charged if the space is left unclean. Please turn off lights and AV after use.

Damage

We are only able to offer the space to our members if items are in good working condition. Please handle with care to avoid damage charges or expenses. Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside or outside the building.

Security

A list of attendee names and email addresses must be provided in advance to the World Trade Center building security desk. For reservations of less than 20 people, World Trade Center security will issue individual temporary access badges to the attendees. For groups larger than 20 people, badges will not be issued, and security will require someone from the event to be stationed in the lobby to greet guests and help them access the 14th floor.

Code of Conduct

All organizations and individuals meeting in the Portland Business Alliance offices must adhere to our established Code of Conduct.
