On Tuesday August 8th, the Portland Metro Chamber hosted U.S. Senator Ron Wyden and almost 50 business partners for a discussion on international trade. This exclusive session was an opportunity to hear from Senator Wyden on current trade policies, exchange ideas and insight and discuss ways Oregon can be even more competitive.
The event was organized by Pacific Northwest International Trade Association (PNITA).
As Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, Senator Wyden played a crucial role in shaping the United States, Mexico, and Canada (USMCA) agreement, ensuring it strengthens prosperity, security, and sustainability.
