Taylor Tilley joined the Portland Metro Chamber as the Communications Coordinator in 2024. In this role, she use creativity and information to craft stories that inspire community engagement. With a background in digital marketing, outreach, and public service, Taylor brings experience in graphic design, content writing, and social media management to the Communications department. Her work in public libraries, nonprofits, and educational settings reflects a deep commitment to building more connected communities.
