Shaun Keylock joined the Portland Metro Chamber in June 2025 as a Staff Accountant, where he provides comprehensive accounting services for the Chamber, the Charitable Institute, and Downtown Portland Clean & Safe. He brings over a decade of experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, specializing in accounting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
Shaun holds a B.A. in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from Pacific University, and has led financial operations for various performing arts organizations across Oregon and Southwest Washington. Most recently, he served as the Accounting & Finance Manager for the Portland Institute for Contemporary Art and its annual Time-Based Art Festival, which was named by The New York TimesĀ as “the best contemporary festival in the country.”
In addition to his role at the Chamber, Shaun runs Conduit Dance, Inc., an arts service organization, and is an accomplished dancer and choreographer. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, traveling, fitness, and participating in Portland’s vibrant arts and culture scene.
