Tina Sillers joined the Portland Metro Chamber in February 2023 as Director of Media Relations on the Government Affairs team. In her role, she answers all media inquiries, writes press releases and web content, and leads the effort for our advocacy newsletter. She brings more than two decades worth of experience in the television news industry to her position. Prior to joining the Chamber, Tina was a news producer at KATU TV where she covered many important issues facing our communities, including homelessness and crime, COVID, mental health, and the drug epidemic. She is hyper focused on helping solve the different challenges facing our business community and our region.
When she is away from work, she enjoys kayaking and paddle boarding, taking Pilates classes, wine tasting, and weekend getaways with her family.
